Please note the following
Bookings
are for a pre-arranged day and are therefore chargeable
at the NEXT DAY rate, even if you ship 1-2 days
early. If booked for AM/PM/TIMED then the relevant
surcharge applies.
Home delivery service,
we do offer home delivery, it is important that
the people receiving are in, if they are out and
we have to re-deliver then this is re-chargeable
at + 75% of the next day rate. The other thing
to check is access and whether tail-left vehicle
will be required to make delivery. If we arrive
at a Commercial address and they are closed within
normal working hours 09:00am - 17:00hrs the re-delivery
charge will also apply.
A 10% discount
is given if you deliver-in your pallets to LCK Express
Parcels.
